Family stay
Pleasant atmosphere, helpful staff, delicious rich breakfasts, and great transport links to many city areas. We stayed as a family and fondly recall our time. We will definitely return to this place and area.

Liked it · Very nice, quiet area, extremely friendly reception staff, tasty and varied buffet breakfasts, clean, rooms smell fresh, great access to the old town center, this will be my place when in Krakow, we will definitely come back.
Great place
From the moment you enter the hotel, you can feel a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Staff were very helpful and welcoming to guests. A big plus is constant, hassle-free wifi access, the option to order room service, and being allowed to leave the building at night :)
Service
Very good conditions. Friendly hotel staff. The breakfast cannot go unmentioned, offering everything. Another plus is the location; the hotel is close to tram lines that can take you anywhere.
